Shoulders

The secret to a good workout is intensity.  Keep rest between sets to a minimum (20-45 seconds). 

Shoulder Press 3 sets of 10-12 heavy 

SUPERSET: (4 sets of 15-20)
Cable Rope Pull Through
Lateral Dumbbell Raise
Face Pulls

Land mines 3 sets 10-12
Upright Row 3 sets 15-20
