Warm Up: 1 mile Jog

Prone Hamstring Curl 
Incline Leg Press (feet high,toes out) 
(Superset 4 sets of 20 each)⬆️

Princess Lunges 3/20 👑
Glute kickbacks 3/25

Abductor Machine (sit fwd/lean fwd) 4/30
Straight Leg Deadlifts 4/20

Hip Thrusters 3/30
Split Squats 3/20 each leg
