Cable Rows 4/10 progressive weight
Single arm assist pull ups 4 sets of 10
TRX rows 4/10 pw
Barbell rows 4/10 pw
Single arm dumbbell rows 4/10
Reverse push-ups/smith machine 4/10

It's all about the pull ups!! Do negatives if you can't get all 10! Mind over Matter
