3 sets of 8, bulking

Reverse grip preacher curls
Underhand grip preacher curls
Incline Bench bicep curls underhand
Dumbbell bicep curls
Bent over bicep curls 
Concentration bicep curls

Tricep Extensions
Single arm tricep extensions
Tricep kick backs
Cable rope pull downs 

I did more talking than working out today. Sometimes that happens! 
Still a great workout!
