Monday Fun Day, Leg Day!

I did four sets of everything, Do 3 sets if you are a beginner! 

Warm up: Sprints 25 minutes 
Deep squats (use good form!!)
Wall sits 1min

Dead lifts 
Skaters

Butt blaster kickback on Smith Machine
Hip thrusters
High jumps

Prone leg curls
Jumping lunges
Adductors
